Cardex Coffee operates today through a dual structure that adapts to each origin. In Guatemala, Cardex acts as the direct seller and exporter, handling contracts, pricing, and execution.
In Nicaragua, we follow a light-assets model, where a trusted local operator executes the physical export under a formal contract. Cardex, however, retains full control of pricing, negotiations, quality, and logistics oversight. This approach combines efficiency, flexibility, and control.

Offerings
